I didn't know that. I think BF was shown to be playing bass in the Over You
TOTP clip but wasn't sure he was actually playing.



I don't if I've confused you Richard: the Manzanera DVD clip I was referring
to was on the Manzanera best of CD / DVD (2008?). I assumed at the time it was
film of them working on the new Roxy album (both Manzanera amnd Mackay were
present and I assumed it was Gallery Studios).

Ahh - if I remember Ferry played what he described as bossa nova bass in the first rehearsals - always wondered if it was in the chromatic style of Graham Simpson

BTW - somebody on a drum forum said that the reason Roxy have never had permanent bass player was Ferry's tribute to Graham Simpson's sudden departure. Whether this is true or not I don't know

The Over You clip has BF playing guitar - I think Tibbs was on bass unless its a different clip

I have that DVD I think but all my shelves fell down and its now buried - will dig it out - never watched it
