Subject: [AVALON] Bryan Ferry is a Fantastic Man 

He's everywhere at the moment - there's a pr machine pushing the Olympia album
like it's going out of fashion, which I don't think Ferry ever will.

The latest interview is the cover story in a lush fashion magazine called
'Fantastic Men'.
The cover photo is a little ropey - a double chin and slighty wonky teeth are
plainly visible, but the interior photos (by Jurgen Teller) taken at Ferry's
Chelsea home are great. You can even see what's in his drinks cabinet.

The interview itself is amusing but not too earth shattering. We learn:

1, Ferry watched one episode of Mad Men but found it too slow. He liked the
fashions and the 'big red headed girl.' He prefers CSI.
2, Shampoo commercials are no longer as camp as he'd like.
3, He recently performed a revamped version of Love is the Drug with Alicia
Keys.
4, Richard Williams is providing the sleeve notes for Olympia.
5, He thinks that shaving should be taught in schools.
6, He wears the Pink fragrance from Mayfair chemist D.R. Harris.
7, He feels vindicated by Beyonce and Rhianna.
