I wanted to let you know that I have posted our cover of Eno glam classic "Needles In The Camel's Eye" on our Myspace page. This cover is from UK band The Wolfmen. As most of you likely know, The Wolfmen are led by Marco Pirroni, who was the guitarist and co-songwriter for Adam and the Ants. This is the one track we're including that has been released elsewhere. I love the track, and when Marco contacted me and asked if we wanted to use it, I wasn't about to say no. I will readily admit that I was a huge Adam and the Ants fan when I was in college, and when someone whose poster you had on your dorm room wall wants to be on your record, you don't turn them down. :) I hope you like it - the original is one of my favorite glam tracks ever, and this cover just smokes. I've also posted the complete track listing for the one-disc release. I'll be interested in what you think of it - as you can imagine, it's darned near impossible to represent Roxy Music's whole career on a single disc (let alone Roxy Progeny, as well), but we've given it our best shot. By the way, you won't find a working link to the band "Out Of The Blue" that covers Andy Mackay's "War Brides" - they're actually a bunch of schoolchildren from The Grammar School At Leeds...I'm as proud of that cover as any on the record...
