Not that I have a better notion: All I can make of it is: in England there's a moment (Desdemona?), one nation in a groove. This must be one of the craziest songs the great Bumble B. has ever penned (whether I understand the lyrics correctly or not) and it deserves the name Frantic more than any on the so called album. The music seems to refer to True to Life, so maybe some kind of hidden message about artificiality is somewhere in there.
