I see the recent interviews have confirmed it IS Ferrys lyrical block which has delayed these release(s). Not that we seriously thought it would be anything else. Can he find no inspiration in the Scissor Sisters, or Anthony and the Johnsons? Noting from Franz Ferdinand? No inspiration in painful divorce and financial difficulty? But this 3 roxy album thing is fascinating. It's certainly reassuring that the great man is planning on going on that long. And that he signed up to deliver them. Are two instrumentals?! The more you think about what is going on at the moment the more Jocelyns view that he is doing it to earn a living and replenish the bank balance appears the only explanation. Ferry has a superb back catalogue to earn money from - and you have to wonder if his output would be more creative these days if he didn't. So come on the coolest living Englishman, make 2008 the year when you or Roxy (cos I don't give a stuff, its Ferry either way) make an innovative and creative piece of music. You can still do it, we know you can.
