The idea is explained on the page; click eack image for the full comic strip page. We chose Roxy's history to illustrate and if you get half as much amusement out of reading it as we did producing it, then we'll have enjoyed it twice as much as you have. Also, it may be safer to say Ferry was more influenced by the Spanish City at Whitley Bay which runs all year and is a notorious spot for a la mode teenagers copping-off, which would tally with F in his Marcus Price slim-cut and his boy-to-man rampant libido. Got to say Lee and J, I am amazed that no one thinks there is a market for this. Maybe if you broadened your pallet and did it decade by decade in the style of the age - yea, like you don't have anything better to do, like earn a living. Great fun though. Dylans lyrics are good and it will be fascinating to see what Ferry does with them. If he cant do lyrics anymore it makes a lot of sense to use Dylans. If the music is as different as Baby Blue and Hard Rain were to the originals then even better, Dylans music wasn't in the same league as his lyrics, so this could be the best of both worlds. I don't think that how much effort, or feeling, goes into the cover I cannot believe that this original can be bettered. Having said that it would be wonderful to be proved wrong.
