Can Jackie Onassis or Gretha Garbo be considered as heroes (or is it heroine)? Maybe the world of fiction (the movies) is meant. The indian massacre obviously would be the real world, and the daydreams of the girl, quite possibly about movie stars, would be the world of fiction.
