Pretty basic packaging, no booklet or any extras, and at just under an hour, very short. It has a section on each of the first four albums but don't blink or you'll miss the Country Life bit. The video footage is all stuff I'm sure we all already have, being from Musik Laden and Old Grey Whistle test, and is very annoyingly interspersed with the various interviews and in some cases over-dubbed - - why? The interviews themselves are with Les Davidson (musician and producer), John Wingate (music journalist), Mark Smith and of course Chris Turner, and mainly cover what I'm sure we already know and has been said on Avalon many times. Nothing new at all although, as a complete non-musician, I enjoyed Les Davidson's musical insights and guitar lessons and it was good to hear from Mark Smith (who does a mean little Ferry impersonation!). If you are looking to add to your early footage collection - forget it, and I can't see much point in buying this except possibly for friends who are casual fans. Pick it up in a bargain bin, where I'm sure it will be available very soon.
