I asked her why the front row for every show and she told me she needed to see "the blue of Bryans eyes". So we laughed, sang along and boogied in the isles. An absolute treasure. Caroline you will be always in my thoughts. She had a very bad back(something wrong with her vertebres) and took too many painkillers that day in Paris to be able to go to the concert. She said she was glad John O.Brien caught her in his arms when she fainted because she was wearing a Versace suit and didn't want to end up on the pavement! So the next night she didn't take as many pills and was in agony all through the evening. She was a keen photographer, there are several pictures taken by her on the Chris Spedding site.JL. __________________________________________________ Yahoo! There is always a connection which made me think of this,-- that maybe Caroline for many days had this to think-----"TIME is LOVE, I know the value of every day".----"Some or our best living is done through the people we leave behind"-----She lived life to her fullest & on her journey apparently touched a lot of people. --Good bye fellow Avalonian. I have never read this before. > There would not have been a Ziggy without mr.Coyne, he claimed.> Hot on the tail of MR Tom from television's rather ridiculous claim that he had been ripped off by Roxy, comes this even more ludicrous claim from the never understated Mr Coyne. This is the same Mr Coyne who claims he was asked to front the Doors after Jim Morrisons death. The same Mr Coyne who always claims he will "Never sell out to the music Industry" Which in layman's terms translates into "I can't write a decent song to save my life, and nobody wants to buy any of them" The same Mr Coyne who in the 1960's was working in a mental ward of a hospital not far from where I live. I think on this occasion the job got the better of him. It seems the in thing for failed musicians to make bold and far fetched statements. I fit in to the categories of failed musicians so I think it only fair that I should have a go. Now lets see how does it work? I pick a band who are successful. a band that people admire. Ok I'll pick "Radio Head" I like nearly all their albums. Here goes and you can quote me on this "Radio Head would have been nothing without me" Mark Yates. Regards.
