It's only 1 year and a month, my friend! ;-) I think these two Roxy concerts are great news, and I'm sure they do it to promote the live cd from their World tour, of course! But who knows, it may come more good out of this! I was also excited to read about it because it told me that Bryans throat is usable again, and it is less than a month till I hope to see him on stage in a small intimate, 'almost' private garden by the sea in Langesund, a small town at the west side of Oslofjorden, about 2,5 hour drive from Oslo! This is the garden of an old manor. The owners of Wrightegaarden have that policy that they never annonce their concerts in the newspapers! They just like to think people will find their way to the garden nevertheless. They mention at their website that you can buy tickets for 'Bryan Ferry in Concert' at billettservice, but who will know he is coming to Norway? This is no Festival at all, just Bryan and I told Jim Lawn that! I also think it is too early in the summer, because this is a kind of seaside resort and the town is pretty small. They use to have many great international artists though. Dylan has been there, and they do hope for him this year again, Hanne Boel is coming one of these days, Bonnie Raitt, Slade, and many fine Swedish and Norwegian artists too. But in the same weekend as Bryan is there, we will also have Norwegian Wood in Oslo, where Bryan was exactly three years ago. Well, I don't mind having him singing just for me and my friends, it's okay!
