I have found thatThere are three kinds of people in life. There's the street person, ( Wise, straight talking, honest)and there's the intellectual (Bright, articulate and always interesting) I am fortunate to mix with both types. Then there is the "Wanna be Intellectual", their the type of person that don't belong in either camp, and You are one of them. Desperately trying to be something he isn't, The Wanna be intellectual, always try's to dwell on the negative, and they always get caught out (Like you). The street people (No nonsense folk" like me despise you, because we can spot a fake a mile away, and the intellectual people Pity you, because they can see how much you wish to be a member of the set, but you just can't cut it. Your a fake, You talk of Poetry hoping to impress, but nobody gives a fuck what you read, you talk of music, but your knowledge is obviously limited, That's when you get found out. Your the kind of Guy that walks into the pub and the rest of the people mutter "For fuck sake its him again" Then you bore them silly talking utter garbage, hoping to impress, and as the pub slowly empties people fleeing in order to get away from you and because nobody wants to hurt your feelings and tell you to "Fuck off and leave us alone you boring bastard" you wonder why you are left stood alone(again). just an empty glass to keep you company. The empty Glass symbolizing your Empty Head and even Emptier heart. That difficult choice you make "Half of you wants to stay in England and Half of you wants to go back to the States" Lets be honest. Your not wanted in either Country. Your just a sad lonely self-opinionated Wanna be. Who's never Gonna be. ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: unsubscribe avalon Avalonians on tour 2002: http://helios.unive.it/~tcecilia/meetup.html ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 26 Jul 2002 15:19:43 -0700 From: "David Firmin" Subject: [AVALON] First US date on sale I found this at http://www.ticketmaster.com/ Bryan Ferry Keswick Theatre Glenside, PA Wednesday, November 13, 2002 7:30PM Price range is not available Charge by Phone: 215-336-2000 Ticket Sale Date(s): Internet Public Sale: Tue Jul 30, 10:00AM *** ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: unsubscribe avalon Avalonians on tour 2002: http://helios.unive.it/~tcecilia/meetup.html ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 26 Jul 2002 23:26:27 +0100 From: "Mark Yates" Subject: Re: [AVALON] Tim - 'Eno stuff' Richard.
