Hope you have shared Penny O'Brien's (age 7) review of Bryan's Edinburgh concert (including her drawing) with Arianna and Alyssa. Promise you will keep us posted on your girls' reaction to other Ferry/Roxy albums. Also I'd like to hear their comments should they ever attend a Bryan concert. I'm getting familiar with some of the linked websites of Roxy and Bryan, and I've noticed in looking at setlists that Bryan hasn't done More Than This in quite some time on a solo tour, and only at the front half of the Roxy reunion tour. It seems he's dropped Avalon from the current tour as well. Jealous guy seems to be a staple. As these are my three favorite songs, I'm wondering if I'll ever get to hear them live? Do any of you think the reunion tour will spawn another get together sometime, or was this a one time thing? Is there any forum to, for lack of a better word, petition Bryan to re ad these favorites? Looking forward to North American dates. I'm in California. Cheers. We waited until Bryan returned to the Columbia Sheraton alittle after midnite and tailed him through the hotel. He stopped in the hallway and was smiling and gracious, allowing us to get autographs. The lady and gentleman fans that were also there had a camera (I did not) and Bryan allowed a couple of fan shots to be taken. I was invited to join in one of them. I was SO starstruck at the time I failed to exchange addresses with the couple or request that they send me a copy! In the event that either of you two individuals are list members I would be incredibly grateful and happy to hear from you off list. More Than This was too seldom performed during last year's reunion tour, it was in the setlist in the begining, then dropped, then added for Tokyo in September among other dates. >Jealous guy seems to be a staple. There were talks about adding dates in Europe at a later stage, Barcelona, Paris and Stockholm were mentioned, but I have not heard of any new North American dates for Roxy Music. A live Roxy Music album might be in the works, Virgin Sweden told me. I live in Sweden, Mike might not know that. I like Which Way to Turn all right, but I really love Smoke Dreams. If I close my eyes, I'm dancing in a 1940s kitchen. The subject matter also brought to mind an old song of Patsy Cline's, Three Cigarettes in the Ashtray. Sentimentality and cigarettes -- ah, the good old days disappeared in a puff of smoke.
