The article does not indicate how grave the situation is. They don't have to. I fear that he is close to the end of his great life and it is very saddening to think about. Let's say a prayer for George. What struck me most was the heavy use of multi-tracking for Bryan's voice on most of the songs. To my mind that's the most use of that technique on any Roxy album. I was also blown away by the richness of the singing. Even on something as small and overlooked as "Nightingale," BF delivers a very full vocal (if that terminology makes any sense). Quite a great album. It was quite tense, edgy music, funky but modern sounding. It was perfect because it raised the tension in the halls. Does anyone know what it was?
