I want to let you all know about that. I have been without posting for a long time, waiting till my review of the spanish concert appeared. Mr. Dillon has shown an incredibly filantropic interest on the "wretched little existence and experiences" of a young Roxy fan. He has done a service to the Roxy community, knowing as he knew that a post that had no clear structure and a horrorful English would not be read by many of you. I am really astonished. For me, it has been an example. He has corrected and edited the whole review and has -!even!- shown much respect about it, as he always asked me what I thought of what he was doing. I have read some praises on the review. I must say that the only thing I did was going to the gig and write about it. His work, however, was in the shadow; my thing was a pleasure, his thing was a work for us. In English I don't have words to say how grateful and surprised I feel. I suppose he won't like to find such a praise on the list, but Mr. Dillon, you deserve my entire admiration. Thanks a lot. I take my hat off and clap. Many of you know that he is a very active member of the list, always posting interesting links, opinions, and so on. Luckily, on the list there are plenty of similar people, that's why I'm so happy to be on the list. About my work, I will only say I wrote it to share the experiences of a young and "amateur" Roxy fan. I hope that those of you who took "about two hours" :) in reading it did not end up with the sensation that it was a loss of your time. I wanted it to be my small bit of work for Roxy fans, as I don't have many information, bootlegs, etc. But it was a pleasure to do it: I am sure Mr Dillon's work was not as pleasurable! I have, of course, realized how extremely long my post was. It was motivated by this: a) It was maybe the only Roxy show in my life, and I was moved. b) I wanted to share it with you, I wanted that you like it (maybe I did a wrong tactic, but it's too late now). Well, I think I already said all I have not said in these last days. For ending, chapeau for Mr Dillon! Nacho Peyro Get personalized email addresses from Yahoo!
