Since my mastery of the lovely Dutch language falls significantly below my mastery of "Rocket Science" you will please bear with me. First, proceed to the "Radio Brussels" link: www.studiobrussel.be On the first page select either: "HTML Me" for slower computers and connections. Or: "Flash Me" if you have the latest Fireball XL5 computer set up. On the Following page, in the lower right hand corner, you will find a box which states "All Areas". Click "directly" on top of: "Live Vanop TW 2001". On the next page you will see mention of "Streaming Video" Select the link on the second line that states: "Belgacom-TW video streaming". Wait until the media player loads. You will now have the choice, again depending on how current your gear is, to pick form between audio & video or just audio. Hopefully will we see and or hear Roxy perform this evening. Enjoy! This information come to you came by way of a "JOB" who is a regular poster on the Bryan Ferry site. Hello to you all from a long time lurker! Last week I was mindlessly watching TV with the fantastic memory of the Wembly gig on the 22nd still strong in my mind, when on a program about a particular year in the 70's, (I can't remember the name, on BBC2 I think) up came a feature about the old childrens TV show, The Wombles. It went on to mention the spin off records that were released and the resulting 'live' performances on various TV shows including Top of the Pops. Then to my amazement up popped Chris Spedding who then proceeded to mention that he was the persion in the Womble suit playing lead guitar on the live performances and on the albums! The contrast between playing with Roxy Music in Wembley Arena and being a 'Womble' must mark this guy out as having one of the most varied careers in music! Did anyone else see this TV show or did I have some bizarre and twisted dream! Just a thought, I wonder why they did not mention this in his 'resumi' in the tour programme! Regards to you all Martin ___________________________________________________________________________ The subliminable footer says: To unsub, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: unsubscribe avalon ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 1 Jul 2001 17:09:16 -0400 From: "Gregory A.
