I tried for about 1/2 hour to get through either by phone or internet to no avail. I finally got a ring about 10:30 and I purchased from the robot, slow and painful though it was. I think it took about 15 minutes to laboriously confirm every choice I entered either verbally or on the keypad but in the end was rewarded with 2 seats on section 102, row X #17-18. Row X looks to be about 20-22 rows back from the stage in the center section so I am quite pleased with the outcome. My wife and I were out of town on the 7th so I called from her sister's home. We were quite disappointed to hear today after collecting our e-mail upon our return home that the D.C. show went on sale at the same time. Given the choice we'd have much rather gone to D.C. than Philly for the show! C'est la vie.
