After waiting on hold for 20 minutes or so, and before the sub-human-intelligenced b***h "customer service manager" hung up on me, she informed me that "tickets go on sale the day of the event"! Yes, those were her words exactly. I think she was mis-reading them from a pre-printed script card. So, when I tried to get her to elaborate on why the tix weren't sold till the day of the show, she hung up. Or, we were "cut off"... Also, with Ticketmaster, if you call your local phone listing, it still just puts you through to their Texas phone service, they seem to have no local presence (I'm in San Francisco).
