I too saw ferry at Greatwoods(as it was known then and now holds 19,900) an hour outside boston in aug. '88 and then in '94 he played a theatre holding about 4,400 then last time in '99 he played berkley wich i don't even think it holds 1,000, i do not think every show on this tour would sell out even with a reformed roxy. A show in N.Y. may very well sell out though. As far as ticket on-sale dates many times a few shows go on-sale before the venue releases it's initial summer schedule. It helps to go on sale before everyone else so people don't have to choose what groups to see and have to take one over another. Of coursae these are just guesses for all of us.
