That was the last spot I believe before heading back to Europe. In 94 with the Mamouna tour he did make it to Dallas. I don't know why the Southern region is being overlooked. Lots of fans are in these areas. Maybe the halls are way to large & costwise is to alarming, but if looked into;smaller halls have been very lucrative for other groups that make the journey South. To much money IMO to be overlooked in these venues.----Cost of tickets? Only as much as you want to see your favorites. I paid $50 to see Ferry in 94,was prepared to pay $100 if the need to arose. From the standpoint of pleasing fans I do hope there will be some Southern regions represented with this 2001 tour with Roxy. Not to be left out once again, talk about die-hard fans, we are united. He'd been in a few small-time outfits but Joker's Wild, Gilmour's first "real" (and best known band) had already broken up by the time Gilmour went busking around France with Willie Wilson and Rick Wills, as a band called The Flowers. Dave's first solo album is really a reformed Flowers... > And just how many bass players have Uriah Heep had? Aww ... not *that* many, considering.
