I have to do that because it just makes my Mac crash. It was worth every penny to watch mr. Ferry walk on stage in the Streetlife clip! :) Gus ___________________________________________________________________________ The subliminable footer says: To unsub, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: unsubscribe avalon ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 27 Dec 2000 17:13:45 -0800 (PST) From: Adrew Howard Subject: [AVALON] Fast Show Anyone see the Bry reference on (the Last Ever episode of) the Fast Show on BBC 2 last night. A bearded Paul Whitehouse appeared claiming to be Bryan Ferry. When propositioned he declared that he was the Roxy Music lead (despite looking as far removed from BF as is humanely possible). He later refuted these claims when asked to perform a Roxy song. Some good stuff on BBC2 this weather. William Hague appeared on the The best of Clarkson tonight, astonishingly announcing that he was under 40. Now if that doesnt make 96% of Avalonia feel extremely old then nothing ever will! I can't believe it - it's snowing over London! It's the first time I've seen snow since 1997!!! Nice. SimonG PS I saw the Fast Show too. Did anyone see Harry Hill doing Bowie and Bing Crosby?
