You are perfectly within your right to refuse interaction with anyone you desire for any reason. I was only trying to say kill-listing anyone may in effect alter the kill-lister's interaction with list members who haven't kill-listed. Those who don't kill-list have all presented sides of the discussion whereas those who kill-list are missing out on some of the discourse. Lacking the full view presented, the kill-lister becomes disadvantaged, relative to the remainder of the group, like playing cards without a full hand or playing a sport without knowing all the rules. That's all. Victor correctly wrote: < the point is that it's a personal matter for each of us whether to killfile a particular member. if you don't want to, fine. but karen had said that she doesn't join in conversations anymore because of colleen. so karen can now decide whether she wants to block colleen's messages. i'm not advocating that she do so, but a lot of people don't know they have that capability. > Everyone here has something good to offer the list. And no wonder. Quite a few questions from fans are still unanswered after months. One new post a fortnight. This is pretty disappointing and short sighted. For a self confessed control freak such as our hero to excercise so little control over a venture such as his internet site is very strange. I know he doesn't like computers but this is a guy who got "incredibly upset" over that Sunday Times article which made him out to be a toff. So he should mind that his website provides precious little service to his fans, and if he ever visits it this will be quite obvious. Unlike the so called "Information Service" where it probably wasn't clear . More new people have come onto this list than have posted to the official site which I think is quite encouraging for the Avalon list members - at least you get feedback and a debate on here as well as good information.
