He showed me a ticket to see Roxy (1973) at The Rainbow in Finsbury Park (north London). Cost? £1.25!!!!!! He also saw them support Alice Cooper and again he has the ticket. Jealous? Me? Never!! I first saw them in 1979 and I've lost that ticket!!!!!! ___________________________________________________________________________ Come to Las Vegas and hear the indestructible tagline sing selections from "The Jazz Singer" ! If Eno had stayed on........ David Sylvian solo albums from 'Brilliant Trees' to the new compilation 'Everything & Nothing'. Well, I think it would have come close. Who knows? Anyway, can I recommend him if you've never heard his solo stuff. In the middle of his Japan period his voice was compared to Ferry (wrongly I thought at the time, 1979/80) but his voice now is so distinctive. Wonderful! ___________________________________________________________________________ Come to Las Vegas and hear the indestructible tagline sing selections from "The Jazz Singer" !
