OK. I know some you may already know of this event, so for those of you who do, you will please pardon the brief intrusion. But now, for those who do not, I would like to confirm and let you know that the recent Nobel Peace Concert will have / did have Bryan Ferry on as a performer this past weekend. The taped concert is to be broadcast on the evening of Thursday Dec 16th on the (Fox) Family Channel @ 8:00PM EST & again on Dec 19th @ 10:00 EST. But Please check your local listings for the time of airing in your area / time zone. Three classic songs were performed by Bryan. These are not to be missed while being performed by this great band. Performers for this two hour show include (alphabetically) . A-1, Bryan Ferry Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Ismael Lo, Secret Garden, Sting, Tina Turner. Also again for the North American audiences only. If you missed or want to record and see Bryan Ferry’s performance on Saturday Night Live back in Dec, 1987 Comedy Central is repeating that show starting this week end. The shows are scheduled to air Dec 18, 1999 @ 12:00 AM (Fri. night/ Sat Morning) EST, Dec 18 1999 @ 5:00 PM EST and then again Jan 6th, 2000 at 6:00 PM EST.
