This is a BBC sponsored gig - i.e. solely for the purposes of making a BBC recording. It doesn't form any part whatsoever of the tour. It's being performed in a BBC theatre and the BBC (or Bryan's management)decided that the best way to fill the place (which only seats around 150 or so) was by means of a National Radio Competition. I hope this message travels better than the earlier ones on this subject. Total $4.00!!! Plus postage, which I will guess to be around $0.99 for first class or $3.20 for Priority Mail. Priority might not be a bad idea, considering how busy the post office is this time of year. When I receive the masters and have priced the mailers, I'll e-mail you with a final cost. I got the new album on the day that it was released and I think it is the best album that Bryan has ever made. it's so sophisticated and elegant, and I've been playing it non stop. and I have been playing it for everyone I know, and they've all fallen in love with it too. some of them have been going out and buying it even before I can buy it for them. already I have bought 5 copies of it and I expect to buy many more before the year is out. it's the perfect gift. I especially like it because it is not like the other albums which he has put out. especially the earlier ones. the last few have been better, but this one is the best one yet. let's hope he stays with this direction for a long time. it's a real winner. I guess I missed out on the tour. oh well, next time.
