Leaves a little golder perhaps. Check my mail. Christ, what is this !? A harmless satirical aside turns into the Boston Tea Party. I guess if I explain "Irony" again I'll be walking into another "pompous" gibe. For the record I agree with Wodehouse's observation that golf is good way to spoil a walk. (And Bryan's newfound pleasure in the game is a cause for concern.) The press here has concentrated, somewhat hilariously, on "Born Again Christian" Lehman's heretical walking on Olazabal's line, rather than the exciting comeback by the US team. Xenophobia the last refuge of the rogue and all that jazz. And whoever heckled Montgomerie with shouts of "Go ! Mrs Doubtfire" certainly shares my sardonic sense of humour. Presumably Red wouldn't get that one either. As for the video compilation I have sent countless posts, privately and on the list, politely updating anyone who wants to know the status of the project. I'm surprised too, I've read more than once that Cleveland was Roxy's hottest spot in the States. He's playing at my old school, Berklee Performance Center. Of coarse this means nothing special to me since they have all my money and I'm a nobody, but I did get to play there a few times. I called the ticket office, it said Nov 9, an evening of jazz standards with Bryan Ferry. Had a nice ring to it, I hope I get to go. All RM/BF fans I know in Japan hate this tribute. All musicians are minor among we Japanese, performing at small clubs. I think there would be other better musicians to cover RM/BF songs (Yukihiro Takahashi-ex.YMO, and so on).
