I've heard worse sound on concert films... but I've been wondering. And then today I saw a notice for an outdoor screening of Talking Heads' Stop Making Sense, a new copy with "remastered sound" for the Int'l Film Festival here. I'm not sure I even "get it" when it comes to the DVD thing - if people are spending all this money on home theaters (I'm not one of them), don't they want to watch great concerts???
