The listing is Hard Rain, If it takes all night (which has a good sax solo), Out of the Blue, Psalm, Street Life and Virginia Plain. 27 minutes total Gareth said that the CD-Rom is excellent. Apparantly the band start a number, screw it up amidst much merriment, and start again. The Psalm track will appear on the Compilation video. Hope that helps Your namesake. - ---------- >From: "Martin Wilkinson" >To: >Subject: Re: [AVALON] Re:Psalm at CDNOW/online CD shopping >Date: Fri, Jul 9, 1999, 11:09 pm > >Could anyone just remind me what is on Psalm which makes it worth trying to >track down?? - -------------------- To unsub, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: unsubscribe avalon ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 10 Jul 1999 19:00:26 -0400 From: "Decophile" Subject: [AVALON] A Real Roxy Fan Here`s a Roxy photo for sale on e-bay . 'kid in the corner' or otherwise -- for bryan. the 'chance meeting' (that wasn't) also sounded like fun -- especially with *the source* and all ... how yummy ... will, i've got to say, my man, you've made me laugh (quite a lot, actually - -- at times), but you're getting to be a bit much with the posts as of late, no? hey, just my $.02 worth, to be sure ... some of the comments currently seem to be just a bunch of foo-foo stuff (again, at times), but whatever (?). i check out (the list)to see what's going down with b.f., because i'm sure otherwise i'd never know until i saw it on the shelf or read about it. the camaraderie is great and i appreciate it, don't get me wrong, but some of it seems to be missing the mark ... on the other hand, it could just be the mood i'm in. while i'm on the subject (and, i'd actually rather not be, for what it's worth), i agree w/kicki g. (and andy cooper) re the whole absolute impossibility of listmembers to shorten the bloody copies, when replying to other listmembers posts. come on, people ... give us digestees a break! when just one digest is 40K and up -- and all it's filled with (mainly) is copies and copies and copies of top 100 cool people of the century (or whatever), ad nauseum -- THAT is a bit much too. yeah, we can all skip these posts, but the point is that there are a LOT of them. hey, enough of a rant ... on the positive side, i'm very glad bryan's decided to go ahead and make not one, but two new releases. i await their wonderful contents as i do the list, but if bryan's musical content parallelled this list (as of late), i'd pass without hesitation ... sorry; had to get that off my chest. please, please feel free to flame me in private. it's what i live for(!). peaces/ms _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web.
