I found it in a conventional independent record store in Wakefield, England. It was priced at the same price as the normal CD but I never saw another copy anywhere else again so I would guess that it is quite rare unless anyone else knows differently. The pic on the disc is identical to the front cover and the catalogue number is EGCPTV2. I haven't looked at the GEMM website for some time but they may well have a copy and it might be worth checking them out before buying from this particular guy if he's asking a lot. I know the formatting can be troublesome and this looks as if it's been no exception but it's paid off. Thanks again. Is anyone seriously interested? Some UK fans may have been to one c. 1977 (I think) at Tiffany's Club in Liverpool. This was organised by Peter Leay who was then running Roxy's fan club. I should remember detail of this sort but I'm sure one or two band members turned up - perhaps Phil / Paul?? A hell of a lot of people turned up (I'm sure something this time would be fairly low key) and someone from the record company came along to plaster all the walls with displays of album covers and posters. Did any UK Avalonians go and is their memory dulled less by the beer drunk that night and the passage of time than mine??
