It was a look back at the career of the Iggster with some great footage of his early days with the Stooges-lots of shots showing his ass and his willy. It also had some footage of Iggy with Bowie( they were quite close) and featured Iggy's and Bowie's appearance on, get this, the Diana Shore show (late 70's) !!! I was blown away to see that apperance, without a shirt no less. Way cool. He's been through a lot but he's a survivor and still kicking ass. If you'd ever seen him live, I have twice, it's an experience to remember. Maybe Bryan could do a version of The Passenger or Nightclubbing on his next set of covers/remakes. EXCELLENT history of Iggy Pop. I was lucky to see Iggy back in 1977 or so in the L.A. area.. very memorable in a very small nightclub. jas2347@xsite.net wrote: > Hi folks: > > On a Velvet Goldmine related thought, did anyone see the Behind the > Music show featuring Iggy Pop on VH-1 tonight?
