I don't know if Toto is coming with any new stuff... it's a long time since the last one. If we are looking for drummers who could make a job in Roxy Music wish fits in the way Paul Thompson played I think John Robinsson is a right guy. For you who didn't know about him - I can tell that he is the one who had played with all - and then I meen ALL. ;-) I think he has a little of the same heavy timing as Paul T. Right now I just can say that John R. played on Lionel Richies "Dancing on the cieling" ... at least it was that song I think All of you have heard. Someone here talked about John Fogerty and John played on the J.Fogertyalbum wich was released 10 years ago (I don't remember the name). ...ok - just some thougths.... Never knew Patrick Moraz had anything to do with that. BTW, Moraz must have a bitter remebrance of us down in Brazil - he lost his wife here in 1976 or 78 for a Brazilian drummer, Lobão... Subtle, hypnotic. I'm surprised at the negativ= e response to the Fleetwood Mac reunion. Yes, there is hardly any new material, and there is more of Stevie Nicks to look at, but they sound so much better live now than 20 years ago. I think they are a great band. Hi! Unless Bryan got picked up by some other record comapny now I hope that none of us Avaloneers or whatever are not shopping at Virgin Records. I know that I will be in NY this Nov and I usually go in but not this time. Actually if i had the nerve what I would do is pass out leaflets to everyone going in the store and tell them of this travesty. And of course hopefully none of us will be buying Richard Branson's autobiography thats out now right? And we all bombarded Virgin's e-mail with complaints right? I did but never received an answer. And does anyone know if this guy from Scotland who supposedly runs Bryan's club ever get his act together and put up a web-site? I wrote an E to Terri Hemmert of XRT and never heard from her or anyone at the station about if they knew anything and supposedly the dj's at the station were always big Bryan/Roxy fans.
