When I was at the Mamouna concert in London some guy had a video cover of a "making of Mamouna documentary" looking authentic - he told me he got it somehow but that the video would not be released for a while. I never saw it. In fact I don't know of any documentary videos released. Anyone? (sigh!) Unfortunately, I have no way to make copies but if someone else does, I`d be willing to send it to them to make copies for those who want one.
