I had that record, it was before their hits and sounded different than the other lineups that followed. There was a great cover of Neil Diamond's "Kentucky Woman" on that album. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 27 Jun 1998 14:54:05 EDT From: ASchulberg@aol.com Subject: Re: [AVALON] androgyny 101/ et sorry!!! Both albums were very good and were on Tetragrammaton (sp?) records, of whom one of the co-owners was Bill Cosby, as I recall. I was just getting caught up in the spirit of the moment and the ramifications for Bryan's and Jeri's kids. I hope they do leave them alone and let them grow up with their own identities. As far a revelent, I think those of us on this list, at least the ones who have been on here longer, share a common bond in keeping up with Bryan in whatever he does. It's not about worship, but just general interest. So if a article or tidbit about Lucy shoud come up, some of us would like to hear about it. Some of us in America don't have access to that kind of information and appreciate it when it does show up. Who knows, one of these days I might meet Bryan and would love to chat about his music and is life in general. Does it have anything to do with the music? Maybe, maybe not. I'm sure Bryan must know that he has fans out there, possibly even about this list. As for the Chicago Bulls? No, they do not have even a tiny bit of revelence to this list. I was just sharing something topical going on here in Chicago and a little bit of pride. If there are Bulls fans out there, who happen to like Bryan/Roxy, them more power to them. If you don't, then no problem. Yes, Nobody asked, but I responded. In their 1st few albums they had a different singer, and a different bass player. He sang on "Hush". I had the Taliseyn album. They were more regal and artsy. "The Book of Taliesyn" was the name of the album. There was a song "Listen, Look, Read On" (or something) that had the Taliesyn reference. I think it was made during the 80's. The actress that played Valentina was the women who played the sax in the "Don't Stop The Dance" video. It was a European film, very erotic. "A Waste Land", the short prelude to "Windswept" played during one scene. I only saw it once late at night by chance. What was her name? I'm wondering how much of a connection Bryan may have had with this movie. Is the song "Valentine" related at all?
