My first message and I created a controversy!!!!! Can't help but be impressed. For those that are interested, my daughter is very proud of her name. It enhances her individuality, and it attracts compliments wherever she goes. And she doesn't like BF (too old!!). By the way, my name is Stephen. I live in Adelaide, South Australia. Any one close by? Originally from Peterborough UK though, and was back there for a few months ealier this year. Half optimistic that BF would be doing something in that time, but he appears to have retired or something. I've been a fan since Virginia Plain first hit our airwaves in 1971. Seen him/them on 5 occasions. We are a bit out of the way down here so we don't get much of an idea of whats happening. ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 21 Jun 1998 09:02:04 -0700 From: Rex Estorffe Subject: Re: [AVALON] New boy Dawndalian@aol.com wrote: > > Rex, > Settle down with our New Member...your child WILL survive all the queries.... > and she could go by Ava if she wanted to.... think of some other TRULY weird > names, REX.... like, Moon Unit, Dweezil, Zowie Bowie......Avalon is pretty > tame by comparison and a lot prettier. He became adept at necromancy. The Lady of the Lake entangled him in a thornbush by means of spells, and there he still sleeps, though his voice may sometimes still be heard." ------------------------------ End of avalon-digest V3 #152 **************************** ======================================================================== Please send any questions or comments about the list to avalon-digest-owner@smoe.org
