I find it quite disheartening that Ferry/Roxy comes up so often in the press
when relating stories or events in rock history, yet, they`re completely
snubbed when it comes to receiving honors from such notables like The Rock N
Roll Hall Of Fame. Go figure.

I agree, I get discouraged when I see BF/RM have a new video collection (a
few years old) and when I ask for it in Tower or Strawberries they think
I'm crazy. It's only on laser Disc. I don't have nor can I afford one. Then
I am told I have to find someone in Japan to get it for me. What the heck?

Subject: [AVALON] rock and roll hall of fame

I'm only just a hop skip and a jump from the pyramid IN Lake Erie. RM have 
only been passed over one time when it comes to induction. tThey only became 
eligible in 1997. Many musical entities of the fifties & sixties are still 
waiting to be inducted. When the inductees give their acceptance speeches 
(or better yet, don't even show up!) they're are quite often miffed that it 
took SO LONG for them to be inducted.
