He did a couple of songs from Taxi. Robin Trower was on guitar. I've never seen a repeat of it. Some channels on cable show repeats of Saturday Night Live though. Someone mentioned he was musical guest in 1988. Maybe that will show again. His band was really good at that time, Less of the standard session players and more interesting unique players. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 09 Apr 1998 17:06:34 +1200 (NZST) From: David Fairley Subject: Re: [AVALON] VH1 Top 100 Artists Saw an interesting episode of the British comedy "Red Dwarf" last night. Phil Manzanera's name appeared in the credits...I believe he was responsible for a guitar solo which appeared in the show. For those in the UK familiar with Red Dwarf it was the episode with the Sirens. Happy Easter to all. dave. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 09 Apr 1998 01:17:59 -0700 From: Rex Estorffe Subject: Re: [AVALON] VH1 Top 100 Artists ASchulberg wrote: > > In a message dated 98-04-06 09:54:12 EDT, you write: > > << i watched and taped the leno show > where our hero was asked about princess DI checking out his pad and > himself replying "you had better ask my wife about that" >> > > Bryan was on Leno???
