I mean Otis wants to become a gameskeeper of all things. The kids all seem to like that Country Life. Lucy did come off as pretty cool though. She's probably more interesting than Bryan personally. I had emigrated to Canada by 1985 and although we got excellent all-day coverage on Muchmusic we did miss some stuff due to commercial breaks and then later when the concert started in Philly. Muchmusic had to decide which act they were going to show "live" and some good stuff was missed. Muchmusic broadcast two BF songs , Boys and Girls and Slave to Love, were there any others ? if so what were they ? Mike Humphrey. Toronto, Canada. I think even today it should be released. I think Bob Geldof's original view was that negotiating with the several zillion record labels that the various artists at Live Aid were contracted to would be an enormous nightmare, and consume so much money in lawyers' fees as to make it a non-profit-making enterprise. So why bother. Especially now, when people are even more cash-orientated, and the perceived charitable need is diminished. Maybe if somebody could have convinced Geldof otherwise at the time, and persuaded enough record cos to sign releases, then something may have happened. Otherwise, i suspect it's time has gone, unless somebody does something for the 20th anniversary or something.
