All I meant to say was, speaking of Bowie covering "If there was something", has it been mentioned recently (whatever that is) that Bowie was performing the song for awhile, but he couldn't figure out all the lyrics. So put in some of his own. He eventually wrote BF for them, who sent the right ones along. However, Bowie kept one of his own. After the line "I would do anything for you" BF's lyric was "I would climb mountains" but Bowie changed it to "I would come all day." Normally blasphemous to "improve" upon Bryan, but I think this one was a winner.
