I only heard their one album, and thought it excellent: atmospheric and very roxyish, and the singer did sound like BF. My fav track was "Breath of Life". What a great song, and what a pity they weren't commercially successful. Graham. But he's so much more "bluesy" than our Bryan. Dewar's more of a Paul Rodgers-type, guys who can sing AND shout. And while I'd love to hear Bryan tackle something from the Trower canon, I just can't see it happening. Anyone think BF would be credible on "Day of the Eagle"? "Daydream"; well, maybe. But, frankly, I think your friend misunderstood and that may be good if it really means that Bryan's on tour and Trower's with him. Maybe it depends on your perspective: To Trower fans, Bryan's supporting him; to those of us on AVALON, it's the other way around. Of course, what's definitive is whose songs they do. No reason Bryan shouldn't add a Trower tune to the set. Suggestions, folks? Arnie P.S. No way do I see BF opening for anyone. I gotta go with you on this, it all seems very strange, but that's what he said. I'll try and get a look at the article he read.
