Mine is without a doubt "Never Is A Promise" even though I really like all the songs on "Tidal." Anyway, not only is NIAP my favorite Fiona song, it's *almost* my favorite song ever, only behind "Live To Tell" by Madonna. But I also really like "Sleep To Dream," "Criminal," and "The Child Is Gone," among others. Emily. P.S. When will Fiona's next album be out? ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 20 May 1998 23:33:53 -0700 From: Jonathon Stooner Subject: Re: favorite song > P.S. When will Fiona's next album be out? I don't wanna start any rumors, but if things keep going the way they are now, I THINK we could see an album around her birthday, or the nameless immortal on this list...**proud smile** Anywho... Without a doubt, Without rethinking it, And since there are some new faces on this list, ShadowBoxer is my Favorite Fiona song, since it was the first song I ever heard of Fionas. I've never heard of anyone else who thought of "Live to Tell" as a favorite. I can't say it's my favorite song ever (currently "Full of Grace" Sarah Mclachlan) but it's up there and easily my favorite Madonna song. I don't even like Madonna's music all that much but I love this song! I also have to place "Never is a Promise" as my favorite Tidal Song. Next is probably "The First Kiss"--I love the ending. - -Doug ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 21 May 1998 14:15:02 +0000 From: "Ethan Mitchell" Subject: Re: favorite song > > P.S. (Late February, anyone?) Anyway, is your thought just based on the same stuff everyone else has been hearing, or do you know something you aren't telling us? I didn't start that one...**smile** > everyone else has been hearing, or do you know something you aren't > telling us? Well, if Fiona has been in the studio all winter(for the most part) and continues thru the summer, Who knows... just an edumated Guess... Um - not really - every time I try to pick a favorite track from that album, I eventually end up with a list of ten songs. I really do like each and every one. Including "Carrion".
