Vimeo.Com has no limit on the length of your videos, and offers a generous 500mb a week upload limit. Uploading of high quality video is encouraged, HD is allowed. Registered users may download the high quality originals to their own computer. But, having tested the download option on both IE 7 and Firefox, I couldn't get around the movie opening up for play instead of offering download options. I read the sites FAQ and forums, and download managers were the suggested means of solving the problem. I know that once the video finishes, I can find it in my Windows Temp folder. :) Playback is smooth and crystal clear. While full screen is offered, I had to switch my monitor settings to 800 x 600 to get it to work nicely. For those interested in posting videos, this site is a must.
