If money is the problem, aside from freeing up Poe, it would be nice to show the record companies that they don't control all the possibilities... I'm happy to donate, OR again with the stock idea, 50 years ago baseball was saved in this town by offering stock to the locals and we have had "community baseball" ever since. Stock in Poe's "Repoe Records" might be a legit way to generate a bunch of cash quicker? As far as I know, nobody is making any money from the "community baseball" stock, and it is always passed on to another family member.... Amazing in the age of communications that we are having this discussion 2 years after the court date, and we are still not sure what needs to be done... can't somebody just spit it out so we can move on? I've been looking forward to seeing what kind of bands end up on the Repoe label .... aside from hearing the bucket loads of music that must be waiting in a very deep and full well, belonging to Poe.... sp00k etc ... I know Poe has said she doesn't believe in getting something for nothing, but when I think about what her music (and meeting her in person) has meant to me, I think the least I could do spare what I can to help her out!
