If Angry Psycho's were the offical club then current & future marketing would involve the Angry Psycho's name and or involvment(one of the reasons Angry Psycho's inc. was created). Perhaps on the Offical website there would even be a single mention of Angry-psycho's in some offical capacity. As it stands even the mention of the mailing list is gener "Join mailing list" Not Join Offical fan club mailing list angry psycho's or Join the angry psycho mailing list. I doubt not Poe's sincerity in loving the angry psycho's, but she's also a business woman and most likely has agents or other similar influences to guide her business career and simply put the Angry Psycho's exist out of PR & sheer will power. I mean would you want to anger a near 10 year fan base thats proven to be psycho as well as greatly motivated to point they created their own company (Angry Psycho's INC.)or moved your music up the charts by flooding radio stations with requests. Personally I find it a slap in face to be called an official fan club then have marketing & packaging revolve around an independent site. I believe Poe is genuine in her love of psycho's and fans, but like most in the entertainment industry she is still bound by the machine's rules and legalities. Perhaps the Angry Psycho's are simply old and outdated. Chatboard & websites are more effient means of updateing and sharing information. So it's understandable to want to migrate to that platform, but anyways this grows long and I'm sure spin control has agents dispatched to write up damning counter attacks. Bottom line it's bad enough we get PR smoke blown up our ass, but lets not perpetuate things by fooling ourselves with notions of being official thats plain horseshit. We are and will always be Loyal cult following. Most of the new people within last couple of years probably don't have the same feelings or concept of what it Angyr Psycho's were/are. Perhaps we are a dying breed. Repoes are the new breed, but it will be a long time before the company & name Angry Psyco's INC. fades away.
