The last two elections changed all that for me. The first one was California electing a new Governor. I voted for Tom McClintock in that one. Then the primaries came along, packed with new bills and laws for our wonderful debt ridden state. Now that I have the chance to vote Bush out of office come fall, you better believe I'll be at my local site on voting day. And my friends will be there with me. Primarily it will be poetry, and short clippings. Eventually I want to expand into short stories. I don't have the site up yet (still working on the graphic element) but feel free to start submiting work. I will post everything I get. You will also be able to submit directly to the site once it is up. What do I mean when I say the future? I mean anything that isn't right now, or before now. So anywhere from five minutes to five millienia from now. Go. Write. Have fun. Scare people. Send it to me. I always assumed it was her mothers maiden name. I know many people whose middle name is the same as their mother's. It is a way for girls to carry on the family name. I m not positive on this though so don't quote me.
