Over the years WBER has honored perhaps 80 % of my requests for POE, which is cool, as the DJ's are limited in the number of requests they can play. In this case, it was during the "Friday Morning Show" You had to call in and say "I'm so mad you just played MC Hammer that I want you to play" and I said ANGRY JOHNNY! and tho I was the 4th caller, they played Poe .... http://wber.monroe.edu/friday.htm The "FMS" features a regular cast that includeds the WBER station manager Joey Guisto. Joey also hosts the "Indie" show, so you can bet the "House" that Poe's Indie efforts and artists will get special notice, and TONS of play at WBER... well that's my bet.
