Hey all I know I rarely post here, but I think i have something to say. I have been poking around the internet since before it became what it is now, when the most anyone ever did was jump around a series of Local BBS's. And I didn't do it alone. I made good friends and some enemies but I never felt alone after that. It wasn't liek it is now, a bunch of punks fucking with each other safely tucked away behind computer screens safe in the knowledge that no real threat can come to them and nothing is real, not even who they are. One of the people I met on those BBS's was Brandon Carl Vedas, we all called him Ripper as that was his handle on Netcruisers BBS as well as several others here in Arizona. On the 16th of this month Ripper did something that you only see in in movies... the unreal... and I'm so troubled by it I needed to vent and share it... Ripper died, Live on the internet. He started a chat, threw on his web cam and over the course of the night took more drugs than i could ever imagine. It was teh methadone that killed him... but the crazy thing is that my friend died... and these weak minded fucks watched him and were joking about it... some dude posted the chat logg on his website... so you can read the chat up until he dies, and then after... it's a Bizzarr would in which we live, and sadly I think we lost someone truely awsome... Arogant and some will say stupid, but as they were saying in that Chat the night he died... Ripper was Hardcore. This person wrote a pretty cool article about how the false world we live in online and that of the world we really live in sometimes colide and the feeling of the reality is sometimes overwhelming... a small tribute to my friend. (who actually owned the Hello album.) that I think you'd all enjoy. here however for those of you with enough morbid curiousity and a strong enough stomach, here is the logg of him taking his drugs... http://www.dovee.org/ripperlog.txt I would like to warn you, it's not fake, all the things he's saying are true, and he most assuredly is dead. Here is the address for the logg after he stopped responding... i post this as a warning, man for as fake as peopel can be, this place (the internet) is very real, and there are lives happening here... and ending... Ripper lived and died live online... camera catching it all... there's a grim warning here... http://www.dovee.org/post-ripperlog.txt I hope no one is offended I didn't post this for me... i posted it for Ripper, because peopel should know that these aren't games we're playing... it's a real world out there... Night all... - -Kyron ------------------------------ End of angry-psychos-digest V8 #17 **********************************
