That's interesting to hear that you liked it to much. I actually am not too thrilled with it. It is nice to hear some original stuff... but I really am not feeling this stuff. I don't care that it sounds so radio friendly, that's not the problem. But if you listen to them all, they almost sound identical to one another. Even though it is original it doesn't sound it to me. And I'm almost sick of the whurly. They sound way to much like the StrangeLittleGirls album to me. I have to say that I am disappointed and I hope that some better stuff is on the full album. Kate Harper wrote: what can i say beyond "i love it?" it's good to hear some new, original tori... even though i did like her cover album, it wasn't the same. also, it's nice to hear her moving in a less "techno" direction, which isn't to say that i didn't like "venus" or that little bit of "choirgirl" that was a sort of precursor to venus... i love tori in all her incarnations. ahhh. new poe, new tori... life is good. harper _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 29 Jul 2002 00:12:28 EDT From: PURPLMOJO@aol.com Subject: Re: angry-psychos-digest V7 #208 About the 1-900 from my home.... I live alone with a cat, I rarely ever have visitors because no one wants to see the inside of my pigsty. And the few times that I have had visitors they have never used my phone OR my computer. And my apartment is so tiny that I could hear a pindrop from one end to the other. So you explain to me how $50 worth of 1-900 calls were charged to my account when no one dialed them. As I already stated I don't use that line for anything other than internet, I use my cell phone for calling. And I don't look at porn online, nor do I call those #'s, nor would I ever. Ameritech told me that someone could have hacked into my computer...considering I am on 56K dialup I don't know why anyone would want to hack into my POS system. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Obviously I can't explain how exactly it was done. I can only explain that 900 numbers are direct dialed numbers. Meaning they must be dialed directly from a residence. Whether done by a computer or person the end result is the same. I won't even attemp to debate against your statements, Because regardless of either statements the facts of how 900 numbers are made and billed does not change. Whether someone hacked or tapped into your line wiring, Called when you were asleep or broke into your house the calls still originated from that number. Why you felt the need to defend yourself I have no idea I was not insinuating you were lying. I simply pointed out facts of 900 numbers to keep a falsehood frome spreading further and commented would be good idea to take look at who visits your home due to the incidence.. Now we need the drama person to come out and threaten to leave the list hahaha.. see ya next time same psycho time, same psycho channel... ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 29 Jul 2002 00:19:33 EDT From: LivTheMdns@aol.com Subject: I'm back Now that the dust has settled, I'm back on the list. Hello to all the familiar faces. So why'd I rejoin today? Visited the borders in westwood and decided I miss the psychos. Anyway, are there any psychos around westwood, I'm moving there shortly. Catch ya later. Mike ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 29 Jul 2002 00:25:23 EDT From: PURPLMOJO@aol.com Subject: Re: angry-psychos-digest V7 #208 Thats interesting to know. I'm not that computer savy, but I was unaware that someone could use a website to dial to a computer and then somehow dial out from that line that it's already using to call the computer.. With cable modem I could see how it's possible to hack in if there is no firewall and then dial out if they have a phone line connected, but without a dsl box I did not think a phone line was capable of two way transmission. Can any of you computer hackers or wiz's out there confirm programs capable of dialing into a persons computer and then dialing out from that same line. Would'nt a program have to be downloaded, have a dialer or virus on the computer? ------------------------------ End of angry-psychos-digest V7 #211 ***********************************
