It depends on how the eye percieves it as to which colors work. Anyways, I found this really cool website. It's called Bookcrossings.com. Basically, you take a book you've read, go to the website to register it and get a sticker, and then set it free in the world. Whoever picks it up sees that there is a sticker on it that tells them where to go to register the book. It's all on the website, it's very cool, and free. Imagine sending House of Leaves out on an incredible journey, knowing someone who may have never picked it up otherwise is now reading it. Anyways, go check it out sometime. It gives us something to do at least. Later!! Tracie ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 4 Jul 2002 01:06:16 -0500 From: "Bad Bender" Subject: Happy 4th of July AP's!!!!!!!! Answer: 422. 1 to change the lightbulb and post to the board that the bulb has been changed. 4 to respond and share similar experiences. 7 to caution about the dangers of changing lightbulbs. 27 to point out spelling errors and grammatical errors in postings about changing lightbulbs. 53 to flame the spell-checkers. 156 to write to the administrator to complain about the lightbulb discussion and its inappropriateness to the board. 98 to defend the relevance of the lightbulb discussion. 27 to post website addresses where one can see different examples of lightbulbs. 14 to complain that the website addresses are incorrect and post correct ones. 12 to 'leave the board forever' because they can't handle the lightbulb controversy. 13 to point out that this material has been posted before and complain about going over old ground. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 4 Jul 2002 13:34:02 -0500 From: "Reg" Subject: Fw: Happy 4th of July AP's!!!!!!!! ah fireworks, and the 4th. unfortunately, fireworks are banned in my county and it's been raining here in San Antonio for five days now so we'd prolly have to take a boat to where we'd light those things up. i miss popping fireworks. - -reg > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Wayne Sassano" > To: > Sent: Thursday, July 04, 2002 2:24 AM > Subject: Re: Happy 4th of July AP's!!!!!!!! > > > > > > its the 4th. I'm Beth, am 17, and am from upstate New York. I first heard Poe's "Angry Johnny" through a friend last year and it completely blew me away, ever since I have been a fan. My favorite songs by her are "Control" and "Not a Virgin" and I listen to her religiously. Besides Poe, I'm a huge Incubus fan, along with Our lady peace, live, deadsy, Oleander, Pearl Jam, and Stp, along with a ton others. I really don't know what else to say, but am just really glad I found a place where I can communicate with other Poe fans. Hope to talk to you all soon **beth If anyone would like to chat on AIM, IM me at undermyumbrella9, I'm always ready to talk to someone with common interests:-) - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join the worlds largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail.
