If storage is a problem I don't see why a few psychos can't pitch in to but PNS a new HDD. I personally will throw in $10-20, I'm sure others would be just as willing considering the value PNS holds for the psycho community. Setup a paypal account and we can get this done rather quickly. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 7 Feb 2002 09:55:32 -0500 From: Erik Schalburg Subject: KPR: PNS Server Debacle Good call Debian. I was always looking at my own bank account for this. However, perhaps we can skip the whole money issues if anyone out there has any older harddrives lying around. So all the computer geeks out there, take a look in your closet and see if there's an old drive sitting in there. Even an older 4gig drive would double the current capacity. Currently, I have one IDE channel open, meaning one extra harddrive, but I could easily remove the CDROM and toss another in there (in addition to the OS harddive that is). Currently, I believe there's a 4gig drive in there, which is just about full. However, the only issue that would be brought up is the fact that I graduate in May. :( As of now, my location after school is unknown (anyone know any good computer jobs? :) but I will definitely be getting broadband no matter where I go. However, if for some reason or another Poe.navelsex.com is forced to go down, I'd be more than happy to ship the donated drives (as well as all material) to whomever would like to run it. Anyways, I have a paypal account under ed@poe.org if people want to donate cash. I'll also toss in my share as well. Just drop me an email if you do donate, or if you have a spare hdd lying around. :) - -Ed ed@poe.org http://ed.hunsinger.org >===== Original Message From Erik Schalburg ===== >Good call Debian.
