Read Pandora and Armand. :) Vampires having wood is a silly thought. I could have sworn that in Lestat, the second book, she talks about him having gay relationships. I understand what you're saying, but I think it's always been there, and I don't think she "replanned" anything. Like I've said before, bisexuality is a common theme in her writing. Ugh, I'm tired of arguing. Let's just agree to disagree. :) Black Dove In a message dated 1/26/02 1:32:25 AM Eastern Standard Time, owner-angry-psychos-digest@smoe.org writes: << They don't get wood :) And as far as analyzing their sexuality, you're coming at it from a completely different angle than I am. You're talking about justifying it in terms of facts from the storyline. I'm talking about looking at the writing and not the storyline. I mean, it's like when in the comics (or soaps) when they go back and revive a dead character by announcing that it was really their clone and they were tied up in a closet somewhere. It's perfectly logical in terms of the story, but it's still obvious that the author's going back and changing history rather than the event being part of a previously planned story. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 26 Jan 2002 13:34:08 -0500 From: Subject: RE: Hey Pretty (Collision mix) shell - thank you for passing along actual p+E related info to the list.. i never had an intention of buying this soundtrack... This CD is the only place you can get it on an audio track. The CD also includes the Collision mix video. It's one of those evil HyperCDs. "The Peachy Neachies are doing another Diva Show. This one will take place on May 11 (right before Mothers day). So if you are interested in participating in the Diva Show Please call the Diva Hotline at (716) 473-9714 or email us your information. Our e-mail address is Diva@peachyneachy.com. Have a great Day! Dont forget to check out the Peachy Neechie site on MP3.com. " One of the band members told me that they held this last year and had 27 ladies get up to do a song, they are now at 50 for this year. I asked if anybody had signed up to do a Poe song, and was told no. The band members said they would love to hear from any lady (or lady for a night) who would like to add a Poe song to the nights festivities. I think it would be a shame if someone (NO not me!) didn't show up to do "Beautiful Girl" They also said they would be happy to back up Poe on a song of her choice, as they do have ladies who are already in bands, they only ask that she not do something of hers, but rather a cover..... SO this is KPR, I hope someone will show up to represent Poe, doubting it will be Poe herself... But also as this list seems that this list leans towards the ladies, some of you may actualy want to go to the show. Last year 400 people showed up and more had to be turned away at the door. This year it has been moved to a much larger club "Mercury" site of the former Club Red Social Lounge.... Perhaps I will see you there for this night of celebrating Beautiful Girls..... Are there other cities where this is done? Maybe this would be a good way for AP's to support Poe and their other favorite lady artitists on a local level.. They certainly can use all the support they can get. Diva Show Info http://peachyneachy.com/Jan/news.htm The Peacheis Main Page. http://peachyneachy.com sp00k etc ...
