I just wanted to say thanks to Brendles for organizing a get together for the AP's of the south! It was so awesome to meet some people that love Poe as much as I do! I did want to say that Guz did make it back to the hotel safely thanks to the cab driver. I unfortunately didn't think at the time, to take up Brian on his offer for a ride home, I could have let Guz get in his car and rest until I met Poe. I have already informed Guz that I will do that next time!! ;-) Well I hope you all have a great time at the upcoming shows. I know I did even though the end did not turn out quite the way I had intended. That is okay though. Lilium got to meet Poe, so now we are even!! YEAH! Anyhow, I will never forget my Poe experience in Austin. It was probably one of the best of my life!! Remember everybody.....Guz loves Laura.....hehehe Bye for now!! I don't want to go into intricate detail for those who haven't seen it, but there were too many things that i thought made it fit into the genre too seamlessly. Hey All~ I was just surfin' the net and I came upon this great site. You can buy Tori Amos address labels! And the pic they use is beautiful. They are really cheap, too. Its $1.25 per sheet and each sheet has 30 labels on 'em. I am buying a ton right away. No POE, tho :-( Big ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 25 Nov 2001 21:05:27 EST From: BigBuho0086@aol.com Subject: NPR: The label addy.... Oh yeah, I bought some of those this past summer. They are really nice and professional looking in person. R.E.M. - All The Way To Reno (You're Gonna Be A Star) Don't you just REM? This song is so uplifting! Even if you have no intention of "being a star," the song speaks to you, makes you feel good. This is a great song for those of you out there, (you know who you are) who wanted more of the "Shiny Happy People" Michael Stipe.*** Have you seen the video? It makes the song even better...and it's directed by Michael Moore, a man I love and was fortunate enough to meet last April when he came to my University and he sat and chatted with me and signed my book. Anyway, try to catch the video, not like anything you've seen...video wise, that is ;-) Best Courtney ~~~My music often unfolds like the book of my life. The internet connection is shared ( A simple NAT ) with the host machine having two NIC's. The host machine is using a firewall, but the client machine (the one not directly attached to the internet) is added to it's "trusted" computers map meaning that any operation that computer performs will not be in any way detained by the firewall. The host machine can access any accessible part of the internet. The client machine has a limited access to the internet that is hard to describe. It is only apparent when certain websites are inaccessible. For example, www.arnoldestates.com can be access from the host machine but not the client machine. If I disable the firewall the client machine can then access the site. What gives? Any takers? FYI, the firewall is Norton 2002.
